Session Fee
The session fee covers 1 hours of shooting time at our Adarling studio and allows up to 3 different outfit changes during your session time.  It also includes an in person viewing of up to 50 images.

The session fee does not include any digital or physical products. All clients can view images after the session and select a package on the day, based on the images they love. 

The session fee is non-refundable.

Grounds for declining clients.

We have limited availability and wish for each client to have an exceptional experience, and expect our team members to be treated with kindness and respect.

We reserve the right to decline potential clients under specific circumstances. We may choose not to proceed with a client, voucher recipient, prize winner, or booking if the clients vision, requests or expectations do not align with our business values, pricing structure or professional standards. Any confronting communication, or demands of our business or team will not be

tolerated and this will lead to a refund & cancellation.

All monies will kindly be refunded prior to the session date if we believe, as a business, we are not the right fit.

Rescheduling sessions and appointments.
Clients may reschedule their session date with an additional $50 holding deposit, which becomes print credit towards any package. This must be paid on the day of rescheduling. After this time, session fees will be at our usual rates. 

 

Prize pack
A $50 holding fee is required to claim any Prize Pack, and hold a session time with Adarling Boudoir. 
This holding fee is refundable once the client attends the viewing session. 

Without a $50 holding fee paid within 2 days, we will need to redraw and offer to another entrant, no exceptions. 

All prize packs will be finalised within 48 hours of contacting the eligible entrant.

Inclusions for booked specials or prizes. 

Please refer to the first page on the emailed PDF for inclusions / or as written on email.

Cancellation policy
If a clients chooses to cancel the portrait session and does not wish to reschedule, the original deposit will be forfeited.

We incur costs as other businesses are paid (Make-up artists, freelance photographers) in line with the booking or give-away.
