Who can attend the portrait session? 

You are welcome to bring one friend to the photo and viewing session.
To ensure the comfort of all clients, our studio is a female-only space.

We can not accommodate children due to OH&S standards in terms of our studio design. 

 

Personal cameras
We do not allow personal cameras and photos to be taken in the studio.

The viewing session 
Each client is offered a full hour to view images and make a decision on the images they love / package to purchase. 

 

A minimum deposit of $150 is required to place an order with Adarling Boudoir.
Images not ordered at the appointment are removed from our system following the appointment.
We are unable to offer on-line sales appointments. 

Due to the number of clients, we are unable to offer second viewing appointments for any reason.
Once the client is happy with their chosen selections and orders, a deposit will be required on the day.

At this time, (as per the contract) all sales are final.

All clients (whether booked, or as a special, or as a prize pack) are under no obligation to purchase images.

We are different to most studios in that clients are able to view their images first, and then decide what they would like to do once images are viewed. Once orders are placed however, they can not be cancelled.

Cancellations and Refunds 

As per all order contracts state we do not allow cancellations or refunds on orders. 

We are happy to adjust payment plans.

Image presentation policy
While the artist may photograph several images of you during the session, only the best images that tell your full story as determined by the artist will be presented at the in-person viewing. 
The artist will carefully select the best images of the highest quality, and removed any duplicate or similar images (as well as any images that are not up to standards) prior to the appointment. No additional images will be presented.

Model release 
All clients have the opportunity to read and sign a model release contract on the day of the session.

Once signed, images may be used for advertising purposes. This contract is final. 

 

Digital file policy
Digital images may reproduced or printed at the clients leisure once supplied. Clients have full rights to image use.
