 Contract terms

1. I’m happy with my selection and understand that no further changes will be made after this point.

2. You’re welcome to make any changes or request a refund within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, refunds aren’t available and a $150 change-of-mind cancellation fee applies. Package changes within the first 24 hours are allowed.

3. Once full payment is received, your order will be carefully packaged and sent with tracking to the address you’ve provided.

4. All images are beautifully enhanced to our studio standard. Once your album has been printed, we’re unable to make further changes or reprints.

5. AdvantagePay: If three consecutive payments are declined, we’ll provide the digital images that match the percentage of the package that has been paid.

6. Very occasionally our album manufacturers experience delays—we’ll always keep you updated and do our best to have your order ready by your requested date.
